Beyond Boundaries LLC ("we," "us") provides Naypex Photo Cleaner (the "App") for iOS. This policy applies only to the Photo Cleaner app, not the Naypex e-commerce website.

Summary

• Photo and video analysis runs on your device.
• We do not upload your photo library to our servers for scanning or cleanup.
• Deletions you approve use Apple's Photos APIs on your device.
• We do not sell your personal information.

Information the app accesses

Photo Library: With your permission, the App reads photos and videos on your device to detect duplicates, blurry images, screenshots, and similar categories you can review before deletion.

Face ID / biometrics (optional): If you enable Private Vault, the App uses Face ID or device biometrics to lock vault access. Biometric data is processed by iOS; we do not receive or store it.

How we use information

• To scan and categorize media on your device
• To let you review and delete items you choose
• To protect vault content when you enable biometric lock

We do not use your library for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Data storage and sharing

• Scan results and preferences may be stored locally on your device.
• We do not transmit your photos or videos to our servers for analysis.
• We do not share your library with third parties except as required by law.

Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date will change. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
